Meet Henny Wang - Ferdia’s New Chief Marketing Officer

We’re excited to welcome Henny Wang as the new CMO at Ferdia. With over a decade of experience in B2B marketing and a passion for building great brands, Henny brings both strategic expertise and infectious enthusiasm to the team.
Henny joined Ferdia this spring, diving right into the industry by attending the Busstorget conference in Uppsala, Sweden during her very first week. “I instantly loved the energy — everyone was so welcoming, passionate, and tight-knit. It felt like a community I wanted to be part of".
Before joining Ferdia, Henny held key marketing roles across the tech and consulting world. She was Marketing Manager at Mynewsdesk, then a Senior Consultant at Deloitte where she led digital marketing initiatives. Most recently, she was Marketing Manager at Klaveness Digital, helping global industry leaders optimize their supply chains through the CargoValue platform.
With 13 years of experience in B2B marketing, project management, and SaaS, she’s now ready to apply her expertise to Ferdia. What excites Henny most about her role is the opportunity to build on thestrong momentum already underway: “There’s so much potential here. The industry is genuinely interested in what we’re building at Ferdia, and people have been incredibly welcoming. I’m really looking forward to learning even more about our customers and helping us grow together".
Among her first priorities? Elevating Ferdia’s content and event presence - not just to showcase the product, but to spark valuable conversations across the industry. “We’re working on some great content and have exciting events in our calendar, like the Route One Awards in Birmingham. It’s about bringing people together to talk about how we can optimize coach operations".
Henny believes in combining tech and storytelling - especially as Ferdia scales rapidly: “AI is a huge focus. It can help us move faster, work smarter, and free up time to focus on what really matters. But at the heart of it all, we want to create meaningful, engaging content that helps our customers succeed".
She also emphasizes the importance of strong brand strategy and clear communication, and is currently working on refining Ferdia’s tone of voice and visual identity. Over the next 6 -12 months, Henny hopes to make a meaningful impact by helping Ferdia connect even more deeply with the community - operators,partners, and industry stakeholders alike. “I want to get to know the people in this industry — to understand their challenges, their goals, and how we can reflect that in our marketing material".
