At Euro Bus Expo 2026, 3-5 November Ferdia will showcase how coach operators can bring sales, planning, operations and business performance together in one connected platform – from enquiry to invoice.
At the centre of Ferdia’s presence will be CoPlanner, its planning optimisation feature designed specifically for coach operations. CoPlanner helps planners optimise across vehicles, trips and depots, finding combinations that are difficult to identify manually and enabling operators to make better use of the resources they already have.
The technology has already demonstrated measurable results in live coach operations. At Oslobuss, which operates up to 200 trips per day, CoPlanner has helped reduce weekly planning time from five days to two – a reduction of more than 50%. Testing has also shown reductions of up to 11% in dead mileage and dead driving hours compared with experienced manual planning.

More efficient planning can also reveal capacity and synergies between trips earlier, helping operators turn operational efficiency into commercial opportunity.
Visitors to Stand 100 will be able to see CoPlanner in action and explore Ferdia’s wider Business Management Platform for Coach Operators, which connects the workflows across the coach business – from the first customer enquiry through sales and planning to delivery, follow-up and invoicing.
By reducing manual work, improving visibility and connecting information across teams, Ferdia gives operators greater control over the day-to-day operation and more capacity to focus on customers, margins and growth.
“Efficiency is important, but for us it’s what operators can do with that efficiency that really matters. When you reduce manual work, make better use of vehicles and give teams better visibility across the business, you create more capacity to sell, improve margins and grow. That’s what we want operators to experience when they visit us at Euro Bus Expo,” says Daniel Morton, UK Country Manager at Ferdia.
Visitors can meet the Ferdia team and experience the platform at Stand 100
