Ferdia is proud to announce the appointment of Daniel Morton as their new UK Country Manager, marking a significant milestone in their growing commitment to the UK market. With an extensive background from the coach industry and a passion for innovation, Daniel brings fresh energy, deep industry insight, and a client-first mindset to help modernise coach operations across the UK.

We launched with our first UK partner, Marshalls of Sutton-on-Trent, in December 2023. This was swiftly followed by being awarded a prize in the Eurobus 2024 Innovation Challenge where we also introduced our cloud-based coach management platform and wowed attendees with the “Don’t be a dinosaur” campaign. Ferdia has presented to the Guild of British Coach Operators and joined UKCOA, and CPT, while expanding our UK client base with new partners such as Country Lion and Centurion Travel — along with other recently signed agreements and more underway. This momentum led to the appointment of Daniel Morton as the first UK Country Manager.

"Put simply, I see great potential in the range of products Ferdia offers to help modernise the UK market,” says Daniel."The team is strongly committed to helping to provide modernisation for coach operators and their clients, and I wanted to be part of this forward-thinking organisation."

Daniel joins Ferdia with many years of experience at respected companies such as Lucketts Group, National Express, and Zeelo.T hrough these roles, he has seen first-hand the transformative power of technology to grow businesses, improve margins, and elevate customer experience.

"The UK market knows it needs to modernise, and I’m excited about the potential Ferdia brings to that journey. We help partners turn rising costs into margin improvements; at-risk clients into loyal partners; and idle vehicles into high utilisation, " Daniel explains.

His focus for the first few months is clear:"I’ll be working closely with our current UK partners, growing our network, and building awareness of the Ferdia brand in our target markets."
